Build to rent company Get Living has set out revisions to proposals for the west site of the Elephant and Castle Town Centre development. The project was given consent in 2019 to build on the current site of the London College of Communications (LCC). But, regulatory changes relating to building safety and sustainability required changes to the scheme. Following a first round of public consultation in July this year, which saw more than 200 members of the community attend, Get Living has further developed its plans.
