Student digs planned for Birmingham city centre office building

Linden Hill – Capital Assets – SPW is seeking full planning permission for the conversion and extension of Maple House, 150 Corporation Street, a 1960s five-storey office building with retail use on the ground floor. A total of 383 bed spaces would be provided, including a mix of cluster spaces and studios.
