719-bed complex aims to ease housing crunch at Tennessee State University

WSMV-TV reports that the Industrial Development Board in Nashville has approved the issuance of bonds for Cobblestone Development’s project, Cobblestone Village Residences. It is scheduled to open in 2026, and construction is expected to begin in June.
