Plans to build huge student housing block in ‘under-utilised area’ of Belfast city centre

A new 850-bedroom block of student accommodation has been proposed for Belfast. Irish investment house Elkstone Partners wants to build the scheme at 39 Corporation Street on the edge of the city centre and close to the Ulster University campus.
