Developer planning to build 376-bedroom student accommodation and affordable homes behind East Dulwich station

A developer has proposed building 376 student rooms and 52 affordable homes behind East Dulwich station. Named ‘The Sidings’, the development on Railway Rise, currently the site of a builder’s merchants yard, would also provide 700m2 of light industrial and affordable workspace.
