Developer to break ground on $60 million private UAH student apartment complex in October

The private student apartment complex being built at adjacent to the University of Alabama in Huntsville campus now has a name and a price tag. According to a press release, the apartments will be called Nexus on Holmes, and it is expected to cost $60 million to build.
