Stoneshield Appoints UBS and Eastdil for €600 Million Spanish PBSA Platform Recapitalisation

Stoneshield Capital has appointed UBS Investment Bank, Park Hill and Eastdil Secured to raise €600 million to recapitalise its MiCampus student housing unit to double the platform’s size and become the market leader in purpose-built student accommodation in Southern Europe, CoStar News understands.
