King Street and Alea announce investment of over €375m in student accommodation

King Street Capital Management (“King Street”), a global investment management firm, and Alea Capital Partners (“Alea”), an alternative asset management firm, announced today, November 7, the creation of a joint venture with the aim of investing up to €375 million in new student accommodation, totaling more than 3,500 units.
