Xior announces the (provisional) delivery and purchase of the brand new Ernest Mélot residence in Namur with 216 student rooms, of which 12 studios are rented out at a social rental price through ‘Gestion Logement Namur’, an A.I.S. (Agence Immobilière Sociale) of the Walloon Region.
